Now choose RECOVER UNBOUND ACCOUNT. If your device ID is tied to a previous account, we will be able to help you recover your unsaved account.
31 Μαρ 2016 · I understand that many players are able to fix the issue by logging in directly to game client http://www.wgt.com/gameclient.aspx which is great information for us to be able to relay to players who are having trouble. (link included for those of you who need the workaround).
