Although we offer two Time-of-Use rate plans, they are very different from each other. The two rate plans are TOUC (peak hours 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily) and TOUD (peak hours 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays only). TOUC is our standard plan and is designed for an average or low usage household.
