You need a mail.mil entitlements manager to look into this. No AD site mapping means your account has either been unlinked or deleted.
I’ve been trying to use the https://web-eurd01.mail.mil/owa link and it’s not working on any browser and I’ve cleared the cache and all that jazz, still nothing. Close all browser tabs. Open Internet Options, Delete Cache/Cookies, Click Content Tab, Clear SSL State. Restart browser. Open https://webmail.apps.mil/OWA.

I don't even make it into the log in screen for sites like JKO, Email, Army Career Tracker, Everything. I continue to get this message. Your connection is not private.
