PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - December has arrived in the Mid-Ohio Valley and it is going to be a very cold start to the month. Of course, when we think about December, we do think about cold and freezing temperatures. However, on average, we start this month off in the upper 40.
In case you missed it: The story for the next week will be cold, cold, and more cold. This is partially due to a large area of low pressure in Canada funneling cold dry air into the region from the north. Temperatures will struggle to get above freezing for the next five days. As the first large arctic blast of the season comes through the region.
