16 Δεκ 2022 · As a part of the OBS 28 Merge, Streamlabs Desktop now supports HDR and 10-bit color. With this feature, creators with HDR compatible equipment can stream and record gameplay in stunning quality. However, Twitch does not currently support HDR, so while your game might look awesome on your display, your viewers are likely seeing a washed out version.
Streaming 1080p or 4K requires a computer and internet connection strong and fast enough to ensure the video viewed doesn’t stutter and have audio sync issues. With HDR, a better internet connection and video compression is needed, such as an upload speed of at least 50 Mbps.

21 Δεκ 2022 · Unfortunately, Twitch does not support 4K streaming yet. You can try to stream in 4K but you won’t get the best results. Why so? The streaming platform currently has a maximum bitrate of 6000 Kbps. This means that Twitch can receive and upload your stream only at 6000 Kbps.
Twitch doesn't support HDR. At-best you might be able to set up tonemapping to SDR in OBS to make it look less-shit, but the actual fix is to turn off HDR while you stream.
22 Νοε 2018 · With OBS version 28 and later, you can record in HDR, and stream HDR to compatible services. Currently you can capture HDR with HEVC and AV1 for local recordings, and stream in HDR to YouTube with HEVC only.
26 Δεκ 2023 · In general, the ideal bitrate for a 720p video should be 5-7.5 Mbps for an SDR video and 6.5-9.5 Mbps for an HDR video. Is 6000 bitrate too high? A bitrate of 6 Mbps is fine, especially if you plan to upload to platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Vimeo. For Twitch, 6 Mbps is the upper limit of acceptable bitrate.
