What Is a Christian Mentor? A Christian mentor is a Jesus follower who helps others follow Jesus in a one-on-one setting. They regularly spend time with their mentee (the person they mentor), sharing stories, teaching, and encouraging their spiritual growth.

Take notes and follow up on all the things! Be actively finding ways to speak into their spiritual giftings and steer them away from their temptations.
Listening, guided support, and teaching are core values for a successful mentoring program. Provide extra events and socials for multigenerational gatherings. Have celebrations to encourage and affirm people.
