This Booster is called Lucky Candy. It is best for the order levels. These candies will appear on the board in a metallic colored circle with a check mark in the middle. When you combine the lucky candy with another candy it will turn into the candy that you need to meet your orders.
Its available after you complete level 130. Seems that it's only available on "collect Orders" levels (according to some sources). When you match it with other candies of the same colour it will turn into something useful (typically something that helps you clearing the level).
