We use "credit lines" such as "acquired/restored with the support of" or "donation by" in our publications. What is your experience using these? Is it mandatory (or by contract) to include them next/close to the image of the work?

The credit line includes your name, Title of the piece (in italics if possible), Medium and/or technique, Dimensions (if online or in print), and Photography credit (if online or in print).
Recall the information included in a credit line. Six facts which are generally found within credit lines include: The artist's name; The artwork's title; The year the artwork was created; The medium of the artwork (i.e. the different materials used when producing the artwork); example would be oil on canvas for a painting or marble for a sculpture
