Can I make support payments with a personal check? Ohio CSPC accepts personal checks up to $20,000. Support payments greater than $20,000, must be made by certified check. Can I make a support payment over the phone? Non-recurring credit/debit card payments can be made over the phone by calling 1-833-261-5737.
