I was just watching the episode "The Glasses", and noticed that Elaine calls Kramer a hipster after he makes her upset while she is listing off the symptoms of rabies (guessing this was a joke about the symptom of irritability).
A derogatory designation for Kramer has been "hipster doofus", a moniker assigned to him by a woman in a wheelchair he once dated in the episode "The Handicap Spot", and occasionally directed at him by Elaine, as in "The Glasses".

Not self-aware at all! In a prior episode (S04E22), Kramer gets dumped by the girl he's seeing at the time. He was mad that she called him a hipster doofus.
