The IJ Scan Utility is needed in order to scan photos and documents from your scanner to your computer. This is included in the MP Drivers package or Driver Setup Package (depending on your model) and may have been installed when you first set up the printer.

27 Ιαν 2023 · When the utility is installed correctly, the MF Scan Utility icon appears in [ Start] [Canon] folder in Windows. Steps for installing the scanner driver and MF Scan Utility using the installer are described here.
8 Μαΐ 2022 · I switched my printer/scanner (PIXMA TR7022) to a different computer (HP/Windows11) and uploaded the drivers (WiFi connection). When I try to use the scanning function, it tells me that I need a WIA driver as seen below.
