We visit Paddles Up Poke in Ketchum/Sun Valley regularly and ABSOLUTELY love it! The seafood is fresh and the bowls filling and healthy! The seasonings and toppings are to die for—our faves are Bogus Basin with everything or the Fiesta (Spicy) Bowl.
Poké is one of the healthiest food choices in Boise. In a regular bowl, the fish alone consists of only 5 grams of fat, and around 24 grams of protein! Unlike sushi, you can skip the rice and get these beautiful little cubes on a bed of mixed greens, or better yet, ZOODLES!
