Unlike sushi, you can skip the rice and get these beautiful little cubes on a bed of mixed greens, or better yet, ZOODLES! Yeah, at Paddles Up we offer freshly noodled zucchini, and it’s amazing! Besides being lean and mean, poké also offers heart loving, game changing omega-3 fatty acids.
Blue Rice and New Menu. Starting Friday May 22, 2020 we are launching our new menu! We will be including new bowls and sushi burritos, blue sushi rice, spam musubi, and many new ingredients and sauces. We are so excited for this menu, as it has been in the works for over a year.
First, let me say the service was great. You order at the counter, and they personalize your bowl (kind of like Blimpies or Subway). You can pick your rice, toppings, sauce - even yummy roe on top. I'd suggest ordering something spicy because the basic Paddles Up bowl was kind of bland in my opinion.
