13 Μαΐ 2022 · Baby poop comes in a variety of colors, and those colors can change depending on your baby's diet. Your newborn's very first poop, called meconium, is greenish-black and tarry. Breastfed poop is yellowish, soft, and seedy; while formula-fed poop is thicker and brownish in color.

17 Ιαν 2018 · Poop should be brown, yellow or green. Any variation within that spectrum is normal. If your baby’s poop is red, black or white that could be a sign of a serious medical issue. Newborns will have black, sticky stool for their first few days of life and that’s perfectly normal.
