To use our sleep time calculator, enter your desired wake-up time. The calculator then shows what time you should go to sleep based on your age. Here’s an example: If you want to wake up at 7 AM, try going to bed between 10 PM and 12 AM to get 7-9 hours of sleep. To find out how much sleep you need, experiment with different bedtimes.
