Official working hours in government entities will be from 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Thursday, with regular flexible timings remaining applicable, and from 7.30am to 12.00pm on Friday.
Working hours are Monday to Thursdays starting at 7.30am and ending at 3.30pm; Friday working hours are 7.30am to 12 noon. There is also flexibility for government staff to work from home on Fridays, as well as to arrange their working hours on a flexi-time basis.
Working hours and overtime. Private sector workers are required to work 8 hours per day or 48 hours per week. During the holy month of Ramadan, working hours are reduced by 2 hours, every day.
