15 Ιαν 2011 · Helson makes darn good watches and you'd be surprised how many small and large brands (of watches) are actually made in China. It's all up to the individual company to put in place the specs, requirements, QC, and final acceptance of their product to their standards and expectations.
Helson is a Chinese company founded by dive enthusiasts and sports fanatics from Europe and Asia. Starting in 2011 their designs are inspired by dive watches of the past but use modern materials and movements to establish their reputation of robustness and reliability.
Helson is fairly good as well, but I've never paid much attention to them because they're mostly all homages. Additionally, there's nothing wrong with watches manufactured in China provided they are held to the right standard.

Helson watch brand was founded by the adventurous divers from Asia and Europe, who wanted to create durable and reliable watches with original design. In addition, they produce watches that are affordable for most people.
