In the Find My app on your Mac, you can see the location of a missing Apple device or get notified when it’s located. To locate a missing device, you must add it to Find My before it’s lost. Tip: You can also locate a device online in Find Devices on iCloud.com. Open Find My for me.
You can set up Find My on your Mac so you can locate it and protect it if it’s ever lost or stolen. You can also share your location with others and find your Apple devices and items. Note: When you add your Mac to Find My, Activation Lock is automatically turned on. Turn on Location Services to allow Find My to determine your location.
