Ogliastra is a beautiful natural theatre that opens from the mountains of "Supramonte", on the border with Barbargia, towards the central-eastern Sardinian coast. The name comes for "Olivastro", the local wild olive three.

They live in the villages of the Supramonte mountain range, on the eastern slopes of Gennargentu and Barbagia di Seui, but many of them also live by the sea, in the little villages along the Ogliastra coast, from Tertenia to Santa Maria Navarrese.
The eastern coast that includes the Gulf of Orosei and part of the Supramonte mountains represents one of the most extraordinary areas for the beauty and bio-diversity of its territories. A varied area that passes through beaches of tropical colors to enter wild forests and canyons.
