Whether presented in a bouquet exclusively of blue roses, combined with other flowers for an exquisite arrangement, or just a single rose by itself, blue rose APPLAUSE is the perfect statement for any celebration.
BLUE ROSE APPLAUSE ®. Suntory isolated and patented the ‘blue-gene’ in 1992, making it possible to grow a violet-blue rose. The Suntory Blue Rose Applause ® was aptly named to celebrate the achievement. In the language of flowers, Blue Rose Applause ® translates to a dream-come-true.
21 Οκτ 2017 · A few years ago, Suntory introduced its new blue rose ‘Applause’ in North America. With nearly 100% blue-pigmented petals, blue rose Applause was the world’s first blue rose, a technically sophisticated flower with a delicate blue color.
14 Σεπ 2011 · Now, Suntory brings this breathtaking flower to the United States and Canada. An exquisite gift for special occasions including proposals, anniversaries and birthdays, the blue rose APPLAUSE will be sold in North America at select florists**.
By introducing blue genes isolated from blue flowers into roses and operating them to work well there, we created roses that accumulated blue pigments. Using various ingenuities, we increased the percentage of blue pigments, and produced roses with blue-colored flowers.
20 Σεπ 2011 · Beginning in early November, Suntory will begin offering its internationally renowned blue rose, APPLAUSE, in North America. With nearly 100 percent blue-pigmented petals, blue rose APPLAUSE is billed as “the world's first blue rose, a technically sophisticated and wondrously stunning flower with a delicate blue color.”.
