BE it enacted by Parliament in the 2[Sixty-fifth Year] of the Republic of India as follows:— CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY 1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 1[2014]. (2) It extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
