The winery was founded in 2000, when owner and producer Greg Sanders purchased the White Rose Vineyard, a 10-acre plot planted in the late 1970s.
White Rose Estate is a family-owned winery nestled in the heart of Oregon's renowned Willamette Valley. Specializing in small-lot, handcrafted Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the estate is dedicated to producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
It is located on the top of a hill (elevation of 870 feet) in Dayton, Oregon, part of the Dundee Hill AVA (American Viticultural Area) overlooking much of the Willamette Valley. And what a view is it! We were greeted by Sarah in their unique windowless tasting room. Tasting fee is $25.00 per flight and is not waived with a purchase.
