STEP 1. Start at the bottom by assembling two K. horizontal base tubes (B) into two bases (A). Insert black vertical tubes (C) into base (See note). Insert short horizontal hanging tube (D) into two middle connectors (E). Place assembled (D) and (E) section on (C). Align end of (C) with assembled parts (D) and (E) and press down until seated.
