Adalind was being manipulated by Victor but to say she was forced is a considerable stretch. To say it wasn't rape because Nick could have charged her is ridiculous. The physical evidence just proves they had sex, can't say "she used magic" in court. Adalind was killing Hank, Nick had to get his blood into her to save Hank's life.
