Adalind was killing Hank, Nick had to get his blood into her to save Hank's life. Plus a kiss doesn't really compare to intercourse(unprotected at that). Either does qualify as an assault but it's like equivocating a slap with beating the living shit out of somebody.
Finally Nick is defeated by the supervillain Juliette, who is ready to kill him. An instant before she does, however, Trubel bursts in and shoots the evil Juliette with a crossbow, piercing her heart and killing her.
