You may have to change it on the BoH computer. Pretty much every year near your onboarding date you'll need to reset that password. If it doesn’t work you may need to go onto Password self service on the BOH computer or iPad. If still having problems call PRSC technical support.
Try accessing the Partner Hub through your company's intranet or employee portal. Sometimes, it's restricted to internal networks only. You might need to use a VPN if you're not already on your company's network.

Fortunately, there are some easy ways to fix the Starbucks app not working, and we'll show you how.
Go to www.starbucks.com and login as normal via Chrome on your Pixel 8 Pro (Will probably work on any phone). Once logged in hit the 3 dots up top far right of the browser not the 3 lines from webpage.
