If you reset your devices from the app, it'll delete all settings and data from your Wifi router and point(s), Cloud services, and the Google Home app. It'll also remove your router and Wifi point(s) from your Google Account. Open the Google Home app . Tap Favorites or Devices.. Tap the router that is connected to your modem.

If your router or point still doesn't appear in the Google Home app, factory reset your device wait for the light to slowly pulse white (Nest Wifi) or blue if you have Nest Wifi Pro or Google Wifi start setup again. Note: A factory reset can take up to 10 minutes. Make sure to wait until the process is complete before you start setup.
Wifi point is ready for setup. Set up the Wifi point in app. The light will turn solid white once the Wifi point is online. Solid blue: Wifi point is factory resetting itself.
