You can purchase the MP-133 from Jaeger (LL1), or by trading 2 elite pliers and 1 screwdriver at Mechanic (LL1). After acquiring the MP-133, you’ll need to modify it using the following items:

This used to be the only part that can be accomplished without LL2 traders and flea market but after patch 12.12. update it is not the case anymore.
Gunsmith Part 2 will require a series of weapon attachments for the AKS-74U following these criteria: You can purchase the AKS-74U from Prapor level one after completing the task "Debut" or purchase the stripped variant from Mechanic level one.
