They have trapped some scorpions and are watching them being tortured by ants.
These thoughts, so far, have been inspired by a visit to the Chicago Theater to see Sam Peckinpah’s “The Wild Bunch” once again. It has become this year’s controversial film about violence, the successor to “ The Dirty Dozen,” “ Bonnie and Clyde ” and the Italian Westerns.

User Reviews. THE WILD BUNCH feels singular in its portrayal of ruthless, cold, and brutal people murdering their way through a ruthless, cold, and brutal world. Even the children have no mercy, instead the first shot of the film shows their sick enjoyment of suffering animals.
