Awful company, from delivery to communication to customer service. I will be telling all of my suppliers not to UPS for future orders. My one star rating was one star too many! My latest issue started with an email from them, stating delivery would be the following day.

Luckily, the process is not difficult, especially if you already know what you are doing. You can use your UPS InfoNotice to arrange for will-call.
Don't do a "scheduled pickup" that means there will be repeat pickups at the location. Request an "on demand pickup" if there's an option. If not then call and request it.
