Awful company, from delivery to communication to customer service. I will be telling all of my suppliers not to UPS for future orders. My one star rating was one star too many! My latest issue started with an email from them, stating delivery would be the following day.

UPS is a pain in the ass. UPS announces a delivery time, and then 45 minutes before the scheduled delivery, I receive an SMS confirming that same time. However, 45 minutes later, there’s no delivery, and the tracking information changes to “by the end of the day.”.
UPS is the world’s largest mail deliverer, but horrible service. And the shipping period is not bad, it always stock somewhere and ZERO updates for several days. Hope they can improve the shipment. Date of experience: April 26, 2023.
18 Οκτ 2012 · Shock horror, per other reviews I did not receive that call and have been on hold for 1.5 hours waiting for someone to pick up. Devastated at the customer service and the lies, this whole time no one has answered me as to when and who told them to reschedule my delivery, not very trustworthy company.
