20 Νοε 2021 · Getting will-call delivery from UPS is not so hard. In fact, in times of COVID, many are choosing it as their preferred option to get their packages. Luckily, the process is not difficult, especially if you already know what you are doing. You can use your UPS InfoNotice to arrange for will-call.
I recommend speaking to a "customer service" agent on the phone if the online system does not work for you. Please try the 1-800-742-5877 phone number because the hours are surprisingly much more flexible and I've spoken to 3 different agents at various times throughout the last year...and they were very polite...
UPS Customer Service is terrible. The driver was on vacation and the replacement driver made no effort to deliver the package. The customer service call center was terible and refused to answer any questions.
IF I get a live agent who talks nicely to me on the phone, and IF I get a phone number for the local depot to try to get the drivers to deliver -- the service actually gets WORSE.
My supplier shipped 90 individual packages via UPS Ground. Due to the complexity of the shipment, there were lots of issues such as 52 missing packages, etc. Dee Dee from the Customer Counter was great, she helped research the missing packages and it turned out that my supplier never actually sent them to UPS yet refused to take responsibility.
