8 Ιαν 2023 · Although my Kindle is connected to the Internet perfectly (I can use the Silk Browser or Amazon Prime just fine for example), the Amazon Appstore keeps telling me that the Network is unreachable and I should try again later. I've had this problem for months now. I've tried the following already:

Since the last windows 10 update my pc does not recognize either my phone nor my Kindle. When I plug them into the usb port nothing happens. I have tried every solution on the internet.
My Kindle Fire HD will not let me connect to the App Store. When I try, it just goes back to the home screen. I am also unable to delete apps from device or download from cloud.
23 Σεπ 2022 · Many users are recently experiencing difficulties with the Kindle App. The issue is reportedly known to Amazon, the App Developer. Until such time as the Kindle App is updated with a fix, your only option is to remove and reinstall the Kindle App - which may or may not alleviate the problem.
