If you have claimed the free upgrade in the past from Windows 7 to 10, that process assigned you a digital license instead for Windows 10. You can also spoof your browser user agent to force the Microsoft website to display a direct download link for the Windows 10 ISO. Microsoft no longer offers Windows 7 ISOs for download.
