3 Αυγ 2015 · Windows 10 shows the date in taskbar using the Short Date format. You can include the DoW name in it (by specifying ddd modifier), so in taskbar you will have "Thu, 21.01.2016" as date and don't need 3rd row just for the day of week.
25 Οκτ 2017 · Use the Short name drop-down menu to select the date format you want to see in the Taskbar. Use the Short time drop-down menu to select the time format you want to see along with the date. Close Settings. After these steps, see if the date will appear on the Taskbar.

14 Μαΐ 2018 · Ever since the latest Windows 10 Upgrade the Taskbar now only shows the Time; the Date is no longer showing and I cannot seem to get it to re-display. I've already tried unlocking the Taskbar to re-size, Checking and Unchecking using Small Icons and I've been into the Date & Time Settings to change and un-change...still without success.
