All it is is the command itself runas followed by the /user: switch, followed by the user we want to run it as, then finally the program we want to run, cmd.exe (the command prompt in our case). This is as close to a one line you can get for running command prompts elevated.
Is there a way to run/start cmd as administrator through the command line or a batch file programming in Windows 8? I want to create a batch file which has administrative privileges without any prompt to the user.

This works from Windows 7 and up. win+r does not natively support this though, but an alternative (and less quick) way, is to type in runas /user:Administrator cmd and then type the password for the administrator account.
