24 Οκτ 2024 · Perform a Clean Boot: Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter. In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab, check "Hide all Microsoft services", and then click "Disable all". Go to the Startup tab and click "Open Task Manager". Disable all startup items.
4 Φεβ 2018 · The only thing it responds to is a hard power off by holding down the power button for a few seconds. It doesn't matter whether music/video is playing - it will freeze provided there is 5 minutes of inactivity. If music is playing, the audio will also freeze.
