The default Power Management options in Windows 7 Beta turns off the Hard Disk after 20mins. This could cause problems when the PC comes out of sleep mode or hibernation. To work around the problem set the Power Options for the Hrd Disk to never turn off.
3 Ιαν 2015 · I am running Windows 7 home premium and off late (1 month or so) after the brief windows sleep the computer has to be restarted to fully function. Video is dragging and mouse also lags with the moves.
28 Οκτ 2009 · This worked in my case, where My pc would freeeze as soon as or within a minute after waking up from sleep. I tried changing all the hardware including graphics card, RAM etc. I fixed it last night, so far its working well.

This happened on my DELL D630 after I installed new graphics driver and continues to do so it may be a driver issue where Windows 7 just isn't fully supported or sumtin...idk. Share.
