If you are running Windows 7 RTM (pre-SP1), you'd probably be better off finding an updated ISO and simply fresh-installing it instead of trying to slipstream updates and drivers to a ripped retail ISO. 13 Ιουλ 2013 · Deleted all USB root hubs and controllers from Device Manager, then rebooted. This is best done with a PS/2 mouse/keyboard connected, since obviously USB devices will stop working. Completely unplugged PC and removed the CMOS battery.
29 Σεπ 2024 · Try the following trick: Change the Windows Update settings from "Install updates automatically" to "Never check for updates (not recommended)" & restart your system, After restart set the update settings back to "Install updates automatically" and then check for updates.
