21 Απρ 2019 · I tried installing USB Fix from Microsoft. It couldn't solve the problem. I think that the problem appears after the last Win Update. OS: Windows 10 Pro, x64, v1809. HP ProBook 6560b. EDIT: THE SOLUTION. Finally I found a solution! I used a program called USB Oblivion. You can download it from here.

21 Φεβ 2022 · Since the last update of Windows 10 I have been getting the error code 38 for any USB device that I use. If I restart my computer put the USB in, then it will work. But if I take it out and then put it back in I get the error code 38.
