You can now restore lost or accidentally deleted favorites in Microsoft Edge with our new favorites recovery feature. You'll need to be signed in to your Microsoft account and have the sync setting turned on to use the favorites recovery feature.
16 Δεκ 2022 · If so, rename Bookmarks to Bookmarks.old and Bookmarks.bak to Bookmarks. Re-launch Edge and examine your favorites now. Check them also on any other devices where sync is enabled, because it's possible that sync is the culprit in the original problem.

18 Ιουλ 2024 · To recover a recently deleted favorite, you can undo it. Go to Microsoft Edge → Favorites → three-dot icon → Open favorites page → Ctrl + Z to undo.
For the 'Bookmarks Total and Live Entries', both values are 0. Model Type Total Entries Live Entries Message State Bookmarks 0 0 All values in that list are the same, no differences. I turned off syncing for now, as I'm hunting down the most recent dump of my favorites to see if I can restore most of the missing ones. hope it helps. rob

I had hundreds of bookmarks which were syncing between desktop/mobile using my Microsoft 365 Business account but this morning I found all my bookmarks have disappeared on both platforms.
