This folder only contains temporary files that you can simply delete. Let us know if you have other questions.

For instance, over the past 20 days I have accumulated over 600 files totaling over 100 megabytes. Before I noticed the issue my PC had accumulated well over a thousand files. It will eventually consume every bit of drive space leaving me with nothing left and all my apps/system crashing because they can't write to the drive. The folder is every growing because app is constantly creating GUID folders with the following content. Volume in drive C is New Volume
