13 Απρ 2023 · The problem is that the wireless keyboard/mouse combination is bonded by a radio transmission key and frequency to its dongle from the factory. You will need to replace the mouse/keyboard combination.
21 Αυγ 2024 · I bought a new HP 975 Wireless keyboard which will not pair with my windows 11 PC. I've tried all solutions in other threads, without luck. The "dongle" icon on the keyboard just flashes, so i assume the keyboard cannot see it.
5 Σεπ 2022 · I bought a new HP 975 Wireless keyboard which works as expected, except the dongle. My Windows 10 machine detects the dongle correctly, but when I hit the dongle key on the keyboard, it's not working. I also installed the HP Accessory Center which also detects the dongle.

12 Σεπ 2020 · The pairing process should be to hold the blue "Connect" button on the bottom of the mouse or keyboard for 5-10 seconds, then the dongle will display a blue light indicating the synchronization. This does not occur.
