A state motor vehicle driver’s license is not re- ATV Supervision Requirement quired to operate an ATV or UTV in Wisconsin. All ATV safety certified operators age 12-15 must also be accompanied* by an adult while operating ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES on a designated ATV route except for operation for agricultural purposes with adult supervision.
