Arc 2 Boots Upgrade - Levels 76 and 86 both bring crafted boots in Avalon and Azteca respectively which give a significant amount of crit block. Crit Block becomes much more important late in Arc 2, so stocking up on it is going to save a lot of pain later on.

24 Μαΐ 2015 · If you want, some of the level 45 gear at the Bazaar could also be worth it, and if you get the Malistaire cloak it's also pretty good, but for the most part I found the Barkingham Palace gear the best up until level 56.
