3 ημέρες πριν · Preheat oven. In a large bowl mix melted butter, sugars, flour, salt, cocoa, vanilla or bourbon and eggs together. Whisk well. In an unbaked pie shell, sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over bottom of crust. Spread above filling on top. Bake until center is just jiggly and the top of the pie is shiny.
5 Μαρ 2018 · I finally found it. This pie recipe, originally from Taste of Home, is exactly what I was looking for. At heart it's a fudge pie, with some pecans adorning the top. It's fudgy and a little gooey, but thicker than a traditional pecan pie with the addition of cocoa and flour to the filling.
The buttery pecans balance out the sweetness of the chocolate perfectly, and you really can’t beat that fudgy texture! Using a jar of hot fudge and a premade crust make this recipe a breeze to throw together, but no one would guess based on the beautiful final results.
