Choose from hundreds of timezones, enter custom names for your timezones, and toggle how you display your worldclocks. You can also select a custom theme for your analog worldclocks and custom date and time formats for your digital worldclocks.
To change the format in which the digital date / time is displayed, open the settings dialog and select the Format tab. You can select the language for the displayed date / time and one of the predefined date / time formats or assemble a custom format string .
How to use the world time clock in the Clock app in Windows. You can add a location and compare times from around the world. To open the app, select Start and select Clock from the app list, or type its name into the search box. In the Clock app, select World clock.

26 Μαρ 2016 · Set your "Short Time" & "Long Time" formats in the window that comes up, then click "Apply." Select the "Administrative" tab at the top, then click the "Copy settings..." button. In the subsequent window, check the box for "Welcome screen and system accounts." Click the "OK" button and lock the PC with Win+L to test it.
3 Μαρ 2022 · There is no separate setting for the time format on that clock app or its notifications for 24/12 hour format. Open the old Control Panel, then at the top right, set View to icons. Open Region, and on the resulting dialog, click 'Additional Settings.
What's new? 🆕 Click the button to toggle between Date/Time or Sunrise/Sunset times for any location 🔥. Using the new Clock Format setting you can now span the time across multiple keys. Added Asia/India time zone as people struggled finding it under "Kolkata".
