You will need to submit the transaction ID (ideally with a screenshot from your online banking, with date and time of purchase and name of the person whose account it is) to the customer support. It's better if you have multiple such purchases and can provide more of them than just one, but in a pinch, one will do.
If someone changed the email address on your account, or if you can't remember what it was, we can send you a text to recover your account.
