Got some emails tonight stating that someone had logged in, then requested a email address change and then proceeded to do whatever - don’t know as I can’t access the account. What is the usual turnaround for responses?

After that we’ll reset your password and restore your access to your Battle.net account, including your WoW characters and items. However, we strongly recommend you perform a security check on your computer to make sure that your account remains safe.
