The major one to work toward is filling up the level 85 memory storage bot in the Hall of Memories which can be done as low as level 76 with extreme divination potions. Once you do that, you will be able to make 3 divine locations per day, which is great for consistently hitting your gathering limit without having to hop at the resource dungeon.
When you factor in all the potential boosts available (arc hunter outfit, yaktwee stick, tracker aura, prem club buff, clan avatar buff...) I think you can hit around 1.3m xp/h with ornates. 1.6m does seem a bit of a stretch though (although 666k xp/h seems too low for the base xp - feels more like around 750k xp/h).
